Copper Run Distillery 
My husband and I visited your distillery last weekend and really enjoyed our visit! We thought we wouldn’t find it, but who’d o’ thought there’d be such a fine distillery hidden amongst the Missouri trees. And WOW! a whole lots of other people found the place too. We didn’t have time to take the tour, but have to save something for our next visit. We sure enjoyed the music and drinks too. I had the Moonshine Apple Pie and my husband had the Jim Rummy. I see the apple pie recipe, but can you please send us or post the Jim Rummy? BOTH WERE GREAT!! Hope to be back soon. Thanks for the good ol’ southern hospitality. Chuck & Cindy, Owasso, OK
We hope to get our site updated with more recipes this summer. Please check our site again often or at least in a few months… maybe even give us till September. Things are busy around here, as you saw for yourself. However, we plan to get the newer drinks listed.
